Learn how to make a Swiss style hard cheese and Mozzarella at Riverside Centre this June! It's neither that hard, expensive nor requires any fancy gear. Once you have seen and done it, you will be able to reproduce both cheeses at home - to the delight of your family and friends. There is nothing quite as tasty or awesome as homemade cheese.
